SUKUS is a sole proprietorship owned by Suncana Kusturin, dedicated to the training and supervision of professionals such as teachers, social workers, social pedagogues, youth workers, and other helping professionals.
SUKUS = Croatian word for ‘essence’ or ‘core’
SUKUS supports professionals in discovering their professional essence and becoming authentic, reflective practitioners.
Sunčana Kusturin is a social worker, trainer, and supervisor in psychosocial care dedicated to empowering young people, professionals, and local communities.
After 17 years working in the NGO sector with children, young people, families, and professionals, in 2017 Sunčana Kusturin founded SUKUS and continued working nationally and internationally as a trainer, supervisor, and metasupervisor. She continues to actively support community initiatives that promote quality alternative care and protect professionals’ mental health.
